    its used to limit the revs by cutting the spark. mainly so you dont damage ur engine by over revving. and can be used as launch control (which i am assuming op wants it for??)

    have one on my 180! turbo back + rev limiter = cool sound and flames.. other than that pretty pointless. probably does more damage than good if anything..

    imo save up and get a kpro.

    Its really only useful on a turbo motor - the retarded detonation spools the turbo since the combustion is happening basically in the manifold, this allows a turbo motor to build boost while not under load for better launches.

    There is very minimal benefit using this style of hard cut on an N/A motor - the damage done to the motor is not worth the cost of this mod...
