    Depends on your budget.

    XForce isn't bad if you have a lower budget (like $400 max).

    I recommend used 5Zigen or Fujitsubo personally.

    And I think those PLM headers that BYP are selling look really nice for a cheap price.

    jdm 4-1 headers = $400
    brand new xforce = $400
    2nd Mugen 4-1 = $400

    there all pretty much teh same depends on your taste and how much your willin to spend

    you get what you pay for.

    as for cats, jdm = 12" long, audm = 18" long as well as the aforementioned differences in width.....
    Aww okay thanks for that. Would i be able to keep the audm ITR cat but just change the inlet to 2.5" to bolt on to jdm headers?

    with audm exhaust and cat it would be too short to bolt on to jdm headers, regardless of inlet size. ie the jdm headers won't even reach the cat.

    You might be able to get a pipe made up by an exhaust shop to extend the headers to meet the audm cat & exhaust, but I am unsure about this...

    You might be better off going jdm cat and have the pipe after the cat, as per this picture posted earlier;

    As stated, getting a cat that is made to jdm standard (12" etc.) will be much cheaper than oem honda jdm cat.

    A good example is the tegiwa high flow cat converter, on ebay for around $250 hope this helped...

    i was planning to get skunk2 alpha headers to suit a skunk2 megapower 2.36" catback but i heard that the headers directly bolt on to catback minus CAT. Does anyone know if this is true? Also what do you guys think of Hytech reps or SMSP reps?
