SRS airbags

Hey Guys,

As we all know it's horribly illegal to remove a wheel with SRS for an aftermarket one without. My question (and I have searched this with no luck) is can you replace say an EK1 wheel with one from an integra Type R or the like?
In other words another SRS wheel that doesn't look horrible?

And this is legal?
I just really don't want to have to bother with defects etc. because screw that. Apparently you get shot for that now.
