theres always sumthin wrong with the srs light... even on a new brand spanking dc5 it came on..and they changed the srs ecu... at honda...
just try and reset it..by pulling out the negative terminal of ur battery then try it..and see if it goes on again

I always have this problem in my car, Honda ask me to change the SRS computer which costs over $1000. So I reset it whenever it comes on. Here is the link http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=999574, good luck. If you have problem, I am happy to show you how!!

you cant reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery.

SRS Ecu has non volitile memory for its fault codes.

you need to locate the yellow SRS short connector and reset it from there.

if your keen I can tell you how to do it

yes pleasse. my srs light has been on for the past 6months. stalled the car then pop. the lights came on. never been off since.
took it to honda they said its gonna cost 100+ to just find the problem. and more $$$ to fix it.

if the light is on. the airbags aint gonna come out.
so might aswell try anything to fix it.
