try Rev zone, mates car got tuned there, happy with it

Craig from revzone knows his shit.
DC5R with Injen CAI, Toda headers, Greddy TI-C 60mm and K-Pro make 152kw atw. That to me is very good numbers.

Wrong mate, he's asking for a good/best tuner not specific to Honda. stndrd is just trying to help and the chances are you probably don't know MELB's BEST HONDA TUNER either but are just offering your best opinion and advice as well.

Who does that? Most tuners I know, have met or heard of don't simply don't stick to one or the other. There's very little market for single-dealership performance tuning especially the Hondas since most are young non-turbo tight-ass low-balling students with BS aspirations.

He recommends Craig I believe, who I've spoken to when he was back in RevZone and appeared to be a very decent/reasonable guy. Has been recommended to me by other people too, so probably a very safe bet. And apparently very good at FI tuning too.

well, since he is asking for melb's best honda tuner, u would assume u can direct him to someone who deals with mainly honda's or does alot of honda workk

my boosted ITR - 7psi 240kw daily driven for 18months, then it got stolen
my bro boosted k20 silvia - 8psi 253kw street driven but mainly drift events, still going strong, never missed a beat
miguels boosted s2k - 12psi 256kw weekend worrior, never missed a beat, drives perfect over 18months now
all of the above all on stock engines....

Maybe 'exclusively' was too strong. But while they may not turn down other jobs, there are mechanics who specialise in a certain marque. They may have expertise on Subaru AWD systems, or extensive knowledge of SR/RB engines. If I were tuning a Honda, I'd want it taken to somebody who had a lot of experience with Hondas, and solid expectations of what performance can be achieved, rather than a more vague idea of what to expect.
Maybe I'm expecting too much from garages these days.
