not sure, probably Taiwan or something. They are not hard, little more stiff than stock, but i like it. My mate who has Tein's and HSD coilovers say these are surprisingly comfortable. I say go for it, wont be disappointed

Been daily driving with F&Fs for 5 months, everyone says they're fukin comfy except females cos you just can't please them cb specs...
