Indicator Bulb in Right Head Light Blown

As the title says, im pretty sure the Indicator Bulb in my Right Headlight is Blown, when i Indicate on that side the indicator flashes really fast on my Odometer, Rear Tail light and side Indicator. I bought new Bulbs from Super Cheap, what is the best way to remove the Old Bulb and install the new one, The indicator cant be accessed from the Engine bay, only from under the guard where the wheel is

IIRC you just take the front of the wheel arch liner off and you should be able to acess the indicator.
