    Are you talking about the evaporator? I doubt it would be 1 kg, let alone 6. I'll weigh it next time i'm in my shed.

    Evaporator is about 1.5-2KG, the compressor and the compressor bracket weigh the most.

    using the A/C gets rid of the fog fast, but also causes the fog to appear faster.

    I try use the A/C as little as possible to defog the screen.

    even when i had a/c i tried to use it as little as possible

    rb25 guzzled enough fuel as it was

    still miss a/c tho
