Which one do you prefer ?

BP Ultimate run smoother on my EK than V power.

    Keen to hear other experiences.

    Thanks.

V-power sucks straight up! never touching that stuff again, used it on my car an few others, and can vouch it makes the car less fuel economical and doesnt run as smooth as BP98

Its either i use bp98 or i go find it hahahaha, worse case i resort to other 98 petrol, but not shell

I have yet to try caltex 98, but bp98 is quite nice
$20 lasts about as long as $20 in 91.. funnily enough

i believe this is a state of mind thing.

with my Civic EG VTi. stock D16Y1 with pod and full exhaust.
Comparing BP Ultimate and Shell V-Power these no real power difference.
To me both response is good. But I do get more KMs with BP.

plus i only use BP Ultimate now as car was tuned with BP Ultimate and its only around the corner from my where i live.

BP98 is the best man.. dont bother with caltex at all, my car runs noticably shitter on caltex. wont go near that crap!

i remember reading an article on vpower a while back.. apparantly theres an additive which shell uses that gets your car "addicted" to their fuel! i know, sounds stupid but i can definately see the difference between the two. i might be paranoid though haha

i trust mobil aswell, seems to give me similar performance to bp, but bp still gets me more ks out of a tank.

i went through a faze with my old car where i was really fussy with fuel. i literally used each brand of fuel for a few tanks (daily driving with the occasional vtecing) to see which gets me the best mileage and performance.

    in my experience,
    1. BP98 got me the best mileage and performance
    2. mobil 98 had decent performance but mileage wasnt as good as BP
    3. united 100, i dont believe its actually 100%, probably alot of other shit added, but performs quite well. would choose it over shell or caltex 98 anyday! mileage is average though.
    4. shell vpower, average mileage, mehh performance.. similar to bp but car seems less responsive..
    5. caltex 98 just rubbish. especially the safeway shit! dont even go near it..

obviously personal experience will differ depending on car, mods, tune etc, but that was my own experience.

    hopefully tht helps..
