I'll be honest, I usually vary between caltex 91 and 95 for cleaning and whatever... I sometimes go bp98 when I'm feeling the go... The car seems to not want to do anything when it's cold on bp98 mind you...

I use BP, I get slightly better than mileage than Shell.

Is it better? It's hard to tell. BP isn't subsidized by shopper dockets like Shell so BP is more expensive.

I used to sometimes use Mobil 98 octane, but it seems all of the Mobils have disappeared in my area

BP98 gives me more mileage... when i was using it,
i felt vortex98 gave me a little better response, but mileage was a little less than bp98
shell - dont touch it anymore

i pour 100 premium from United, i know its got a 10% ethenol blend, but the responses i feel is better than both bp98 and vortex

well thats just me... others?? no idea what they think!

Mobil's servo's were bought by 7/11 mostly.. And some also by BP.
So you won't be seeing any Mobil's around anymore =P
It's not 4x4 status, think of it as "Winter Mode".

Most of our bp's down here are owned by woolies/ safeway... Dockets for cheaper petrol Downside, the ones on the side of woolies don't have 98 >.> unless you can take the voucher to any bp?
As for mobil, we have none down here as far as I'm aware of... well, in launnie anyway. there is a united somewhere on the outskirts. other than that, just lots of bp, caltex and like two shell ones.
