    Hey,

    Can someone tell me what is involved in a 200,000km major service.

    Car: 1996 ej8 civic coupe
    Motor: b16a2

    Timing belt water pump tensioner, thermostat coolant oil, oil filter, air filter, sparks you can do a clean up for ivac ,throttle body , check idle, tappets. Check brakes, pads, brakes oil transmission fluid , tyres wheel alignment ...

    Nope, I gave a few places a call today and it all different depending on who you call. Honda wants 1024, hannys around the same, my mechanic for my misses car said around the 800 mark, but the thing is I would like to gets done for piece of mind.

    Fair enough. Hannys is pretty honest IMO.
    They wont do anything that is not necessary and only charge for the work the do, nothing extra.
    Just my experience.

    Ye did that doesnt give much.. thats why i posted... as previsouly stated in my other post.. Everyone that i call does it differently, so which is the correct way.

    Honda dont change the water pump, hanny's change the water pump, hannys change cam shaft seals, honda dont
