Hey everyone,
Ever since I bought my car, Ive noticed a strange sort of rubbing sound coming from the engine, its hard to describe so I have attached a video.
Its never affected the car's performance and I was suspecting it was a failing pulley or something of the like? Most audible on a cold engine and only audible at idle.

P.S. I will be conducting a major service on the car soon, changing timing belt + all other belts, water pump, spark plugs + leads, all fluids. Please let me know if theres anything else I should change in the progress along the way.
