    the silver ring @ the top of the damper could be adjusted in and out to get the level of damping you required.





    I took it out and I saw solid white plastic inside.

    I've heard there's engine mounts that can be adjusted from soft to hard I thinks it's called hydro dynamic mounts lol

    A lot of new cars including some Honda have fluid filled mounts. If I'm not wrong the latest accord has fluid filled rear suspension mounts

    To op - once the has ports have softened up its too late. The whole interior is ****ed already. Only way around it is to pull apart and retighgten with loctite where applicable...

    yeah, if the plastic hasn't cracked yet.
