Gas only i'd say - bump up the gas pressure to try and force the engine into not moving

it was as if you tightened the piston against the plastic inner and the plastic inner would absorb the vibrations.

the silver ring @ the top of the damper could be adjusted in and out to get the level of damping you required.





I took it out and I saw solid white plastic inside.

I've heard there's engine mounts that can be adjusted from soft to hard I thinks it's called hydro dynamic mounts lol

look it up on google bro ive heard mostly European sports cars come with such mounts

A lot of new cars including some Honda have fluid filled mounts. If I'm not wrong the latest accord has fluid filled rear suspension mounts

To op - once the has ports have softened up its too late. The whole interior is ****ed already. Only way around it is to pull apart and retighgten with loctite where applicable...

not sure why ppl complain somuch about the vibrations.. its not bad.
