    ECU Compatability Question?

    Hey guys,

I'm doing a B18C (JDM) swap in my EG and was wondering if a P73-Q01 ecu will work on it?? I did a quick search and it says the Q01 is for the B18C7 so just wondering if it will still work on the jap spec??

    Thanks.

Yeah later later....considering its an AUDM ecu does that mean the extra power in jap spec engine wont be "unleashed" ??

    Correct!!

As the jdm ecu has a tad more aggressive oem tune than the audm type ecu.
