    oil catch can??????

    hi peeps just want to know wat does the oil catch can do?? do u have to have a specific mods to have a oil catch can??
    please let me kow of your opion

    it benefits high hp cars.

    edit: actually, it benefits cars that also do alot of track work, no necessarily high hp cars

    so if u put it a car that has basic mods such as CAI etc there no reason to put one??

    Some say it actually is bad to remove the standard pipe and replace it with a filter as the filter does not suck fumes out while when it is connected to the intake the pressure drop pulls the air from the head, they say it actually has a purpose.
    (of course this does not apply to turbo cars)

    tracking

    it can be handy on track cars
    for example when they are cornering really hard the oil in the top of the rocker cover can sometimes follow that line into the intake pipe and go through the combustion chamber
    and burning oil, blowing smoke etc
