Major Oil Leak, Help... (photos and video included)

Hello,

I have a 1990 Honda Civic GL Sedan 5sp, and it has a major oil leak and I cant see where its leaking from.

It seems to be leaking from above that blue part (see photos). When I turn on the car it does not leak, but after the car is running for a few minutes- it starts leaking.
