D15b4 Rebuild, want some power just a daily driver pls help????

Before you all bag my D15b my car is driven every day to work and back it dosent have to be super powerful. However i want to give it a little more as it gettin rebuild after 300 000k because it smokes so much.
I was thinking for getting the head Ported and polished, and fitting a 2" Exhaust system. A good cam i not too sure what else to do though. Any help would be apprecitated.
I have a GL Sedan 91 (ED3) Ita Twin Carb D15b.

Well there isn't much you can do but tune the carbies or put better ones but that is so much trouble it won't be worth doing. If you put a exhaust it will only give you top end power and since it is your daily driver I don't think you will benifit from it. Sorry to say this but they are as powerful as you can get standard from the factory unless you add big bucks. If you want more power you will have pay alot or you can just get another car with more power.
