The roller cam setups are also known as Vtec killers.
Their basicallyhigh cams that are always in.
With a redline around 10 000rpm, he'll still have a fairly wide power range....

    very very very cool !

would suggest he replaces everything that starts with blox or skunk2 though. A build like this diserves parts of a higher calibre. Maybe also go from a obx lsd to a mfactory or similar? Im sure regardless this thing will be a weapon and 400whp is easily achievable !

what are the benefits of useing the f series block over the H ?

The H series block has FRM sleves. The F series block has steel sleves.
So the block can handle much more boost....

    Similar to your frankenstine mate.....

Alot of people actually don't know this.. F22A Block is the bomb!
It's not 4x4 status, think of it as "Winter Mode".

It is much stronger, but with a smaller bore, and a longer stroke, they generally have a lower redline.
But of course, when you throw in your forged pistons and rods, and if you bother, a billet crank. They lower your rotational mass, which gives you the ability to rev harder anyhow....

I've done the above and more, with Valve-train upgrades to back it up.
On paper i'm safe to see 11k RPM.. But i won't ever need to take it that high lol.

Yet to see what mine will produce on 20PSI, hoping for 350WHP+
Easily the most underrated Honda Motor.. So what if it's Non-Vtec and SOHC lol.
I was considering the "G22A", but decided not to put a H22A head on it, left it as a complete F22A9 Motor.
    But i'm certain it won't dissapoint =P
