Few parts ordered and even more sourced.. anyone ever used 'omni power' map sensors? price is good but unsure of quality..

also AEM b series fuel rail.. are they any good or should i stick with factory till i can afford skunk2 composite?

Why are you changing MAP sensor?

IMO don't waste your money on a fuel rail, unless you are keen on bling

Kinda figured that as the case (unless i decided to go for stupid hp) just saw one cheap n was thinking ooohhh shiny... lol

as for map sensor, i dont believe stock da one will mount onto skunk2 70mm tb. and will allow for higher boost should i decide i want moar power and go crazy...

having you ask tho mooshie makes me wonder, will factory da one do the job?

You could always knock up a little block off plate with a male hose fitting on it and run a GM 5 bar MAP sensor mounted to the firewall

true. i kinda like the idea of moving it to the throttlebody tho.. think it'll make for a cleaner look. (less vacuum lines/visible wiring)

The good thing about GM map sensors is they can be mounted just about anywhere and they are cheap

^^ this is true, it's what a lot of the US guys do.

Don't skunk2 TBs come with a little adaptor barb fitting to do just this? Don't even need a block off
You could still hide it under the manifold somewhere..
