    The stock headers fit fine.
Just wire in the O2 sensor to the ECU plug yourself.
Use your creativity to modify the throttle cable. I cut mine and added a brass electrical terminal to it to hold it there.
Please clarify what you mean by power steering mount.

Well the power steering pump won't bolt up. The d series to the b18.

Sorry I'm pretty new to this. But how would you wire in the 02 sensor?

So I was reading that stock headers hit the firewall or sumtn and after market were the way to go.

So are stock ones big enough? What's the best for performance gains that will fit?

So the original headers were crap and off a b20 I found out.

Just bought some vtir ones from the wreckers. Ended up being xforce... Whatever

Power steering needs the dc2r bracket and pump. Hose is a little tight. Fits no problems.

    Ac. Use the crv bracket.
Will put your d series compressor on the b series motor.

When I get home ill post some pinouts. Do you know the wire colors to be looking for on your harness?

Yes but there is a connector which attaches to the harness. The harness colors are different than the O2 sensor wire colors as the O2 sensors are outsourced to a 3rd party company.

On the B16A2 loom, the O2 sensor connector is a 4 pin grey connector. If you follow the wiring loom from where it comes through the firewall from the ECU, past the injectors and ALT connectors etc, you will eventually see a BLUE connector that has a terminator plugged in (I.e. its not connected to anything, its for debugging). Immediately after this is a 2 pin connector that goes to something (maybe IACV off the top of my head) and then there is a bracket that holds to loom to the car. THE NEXT connector is the O2 sensor one. Its a rectangular 4 pin connector, and at the same branch there is a 2 pin and a 3 pin connector (these are TPS and something...). It took me a while to find because I forgot it until the engine was in. Its almost under the IM. Sorry I can't take a photo, my phone is cactus. Hope that helps
