    Removing k20 head, need help

Hey guys just wondering if aanybody can help me out! I'm trying to remove the cams but I'm having troubles loosening the timing chain. When I try to undo the bolt on the pulley that holds the timing case on it turns the motor over and I don't want it to damage the head as the block has a hole in it! I don't know if there's any other way to release tension off timing chain or remove the cams but if anybody knows or has ideas it would be greatly
    Appreciated !

There's a timing chain tensioner. If you undo it, it will move inwards release all tensioning on the chain so you can take it off.

Looks like oil can escape/leak from the cam seal area.
    Ask Benson or Yonas.
