Zc turbo 1g crx :advice needed

I'm putting a zc turbo in my 85 crx and just need some advice from people that have experience with boosted zc's
The motor has done under 100k, Ill only be running 10psi max,
I've heard with this amount of boost stock internals are fine and better head gasket is all I'll need?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

ZC is the best D motor for boost hands down so your off to a good start...

You don't need a low comp head gasket to run 10psi

Take it from me! someone who's been down this path and through the other side... and the blown motors to boot

    Budget?
    Turbo kit or parts list?

    Things you MUST have/buy

    1. E-boost 2 Boost controller (top of the line) Think of this as your insurance policy
controlling boost levels both up and down with over-boost protection is key to engine longevity in the inaccurate field of turbochargers
don't let anyone tell you otherwise or talk you into the cheaper controller options

    2. HKS -Turbo Log Manifold (Chosen for Longevity and A/C Friendly)
HKS make the best D-series log manifold on the market
they're the only crank rotated tuned log manifold on the market I believe

My old specs but they're perfect for your setup

    Turbo - Garrett GT2871r 0.86 rear + Water Lines & Connectors
    Oil Restrictor 0.6mm
HKS - Log Manifold (Chosen for Longevity and A/C Friendly)
    ECU - P30 odb1 Chipped with Hondata S100B
Turbosmart - E-Boost 2 - EBC (My one and only gauge)
    Injectors - RC 440CC
    Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Front Mounted Intercooler + Piping + Silicon Hoses + Hose Clamps
    Custom 2.5" Dump Pipe
Custom 2.5" Mandrel Bent Exhaust with High Flow Steal Cat & N1 Cannon Muffler
Drilled Sump Pan + Braided Oil Feed & Return Lines
Moroso Oil Catch Can with Custom PCV Setup

Awesome thanks for the advice sounds like you've done it all before
Do you know who stocks the manifold at a reasonable price
I'm in USA right now so it'd be ideal to get one from here and throw it in the luggage
The eboost2 is awesome I've got one in my aw11 turbo

Ok cool I've got a whole turbo kit already ive had it sitting there for two years I think the manifold is a half decent eBay job and the ecu is a micro tech stand alone
The turbo says Nissan on it and that's about it so not exactly sure what it's been pulled off but it's in good nick so I'll use it

That is my build, its a 3G civic but the engine bay is exactly the same as a 1G CRX so its similar.

I was running 10-11psi for a few monthas on a completley stock (internaly) engine and she was fine.

If you have any more questions just ask.

What sort of ZC engine is it?? Post a pic if you can.

    Cheers
    Luke
