Jack point for ek1? Manual does not state.

Is this the correct spot to jack up the car?

    Hells no.

For the front. Go to the front of your car, kneel down, There is this round bit of metal that hangs down in the middle (a bit to the passenger side). Thats the jacking point.

    what pho said,

if youre jacking from the side, theres the piece of metal next to your sideskirt under the front doors near the wheel.
you're probably asleep right now but I love you and you're the most beautiful girl I met, inside and out. have a good nights sleep and I hope this puts a smile on your face when you wake up.

Can anyone verify? If you don't use it, where else can you jack the car up? D=

The jacking point tends to dip in abit.
I ended up making an additional bracket for mine as it dipped in.

BTW if people are interest i've got a Costco membership, maybe we can organise a group buy and all go down together.
Pretty sure i was able to bring in like 3-4 ppl last time, they just don't let anyone buy without a card.

How did you make the bracket? Is it possible for you to take a quick photo?

    Found it!

Interesting, my manual only had the side support points. But I needed that place to hold the jack stands (going to buy a jack + stands soon) just to keep it on the safe side.

By the way, anyone heard of Pro-lift before?
