    Question when to fuel up

alright so the thread title might be a bit stupid
and of course everyone would know when to fuel up

but my question is, what are the positives and negatives of fueling up when either on near empty or half tank etc.
Perhaps some advantages and disadvantages of any sort for either?

Not sure if there is a correct answer but would like to hear opinions on when people normally fuel u

usually fill up whenever the tank is below halfway and petrol is <1.40. who knows if nek minit 1.58 (1.71 for bp ult gtfkdm8)

want to avoid letting it run too low and suckin up dat shit down the bottom of da tank dat block up da fuel filter n shag up da fuel pump.

    When empty/light on:

Pro = old petrol doesn't stay in your tank/go stale
Con = more likely to pump in any sediment/debris that settles in the bottom of the tank when it gets emptier

When 1/4 or greater = see previous and just reverse them.

Best thing to do IMO is clean out your tank or just fill up when you hit approx 1/4 or close enough to it, but the difference you'd see in petrol deterioration and your engine sucking up debris/sediment is negligible IMO and probably more just theory than fact.

i always top up whenever it is cheap. every month, i will run the tank down to as close to empty as possible without the light actually on. that way, i try to make sure my fuel is "fresh".

I use my sundial and space charts so that there is minimal gravitational influence on the pump, liquid and vapours therefore gain the maximum amount of fuel for the minimal amount of $$$

Take it to a professional. Certain safety pre-cautions need to be undertaken when doing ANY work to the fuel tank.

When you drive the car around the fuel will mix with each other , its not going to go stale if you drive it clsoe to empty dafuk?

And 2ndly have you heard of a fuel filter?
