    Accord/Torneo CL1 Help!!!!

    Hey guyz

    I need to know if we can import honda accord/torneo euro r's (CL 1) into australia. Also if it is possbile to make the same year accords in australia look like the euro r.

    also what is your guys opinion of the car?? it come with a 2.2litr vtec eng. producing 161kw and 221nm tourqe.

    Unless you have owned it overseas for at least a year, then no. The CL1 has not yet gone through the paperwork and compliancing and so you can't import it under SEVS.

    Hi guys, I am working on getting on the SEVS list so that we can import these into Aus. Paperwork was lodged in last month.
    I know there are a few good examples in New Zealand but they want too much for it so keep watch on this post.

    Would cost a freakin' bundle to get this on the road. Personally .. better off getting a euro and aesthetically making it look like a euro r.

    I would expect a price between 10-15k landed depending on auction. Compliance is easy and I have workshops prepared to take it on.
    You get the H22A engine, 5 speed LSD, Recaro seats and 220 hp of pure revving goodness. of course with the badging too.
