RPM drop then back to idle

Ive got a lot going on with my car so heres another headache lol im sharing with you guys.

like usual swapped b18c2 with I/H/E, s2 stage1 cams with gears, chipped ecu, s2 IM, 10kg flywheel.

Just need help with understanding the drop in rpm's since its my first time having aftermarket cams.

on idle around 1200rpms, i rev the engine then its drops like say around 500rpm then shoots back up to 1200 rpm again. As long as I rev, this is what happens.

I dont know if its in the nature of aftermarket cams to do that since its my first time . I dont know if its a timing issue, valves not adjusted properly, cams not timed properly, probably the ECU. NO IDEA. replaced IACV........nothin.

    need help.

What was it chipped with from the US? It probably has a hondata chip in it?

Would have had to been something aftermarket as they cant tweak the OEM ECU without it.

That's just the way some car's are not to powerfull so everything could effect the power , when i use power mirror's /A/c and even headlight's it kinda drop's , i guess thats how some car's are
