    Re: Dc2r error code 41.

    Hi all.

I recently replaced the O2 sensor in my Dc2r as the check engine warning light came on. As the car runs a Hondata S300 I was able to diagnose this via the software on my laptop (error code 41).

After the o2 sensor was replaced the warning light remained on. I attempted to clear the error code via the clear DTC's function on the Hondata software however the check engine light comes on after in momentarily clears. The error code (41) is also still appearing on the error code screen.

Does anyone have any idea of what may still be causing the engine warning light to still appear? The car runs fine and there seems to be no effect to the economy as well but I'm buggered if I know what's going on.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Mark.

Cheers. Pardon my mechanical ignorance, Are you referring to the wiring of the O2 sensor? What specifically should I be looking for? I had my local mechanic fit it for me. I've got nothing when it comes to DYI stuff.

Once again apologies for my lack of mechanical knowledge.
