bahahahaha theyre both the same. if you take them off and look at them from the same side you will see they are identical. honda just made the lca out of 1 stamped bit of metal and flipped one around for the other side

You've got the mounting points for a rear sway bar so dont worry with what they look like, you dont see them anyway
