EJ1 I would say have to be a personal import since the EG/EH? was on offer in Australia, nobody will be willing to do the SEVS approval for it if it were elligible since the revenue gained from it wouldn't enough to justify going for the compliance process/plate.
Personal import, minimal 12mth ownership + other requirements and evidence.
