    Prelude seats in EG

Recently bought a Vti EG civic for my wife, it came with prelude seats however, the drivers seat doesn't go forward far enough for my wife to be able to depress the clutch. Is this a problem with all prelude seats in EG's? I have recaros from a DC2 arriving soon and I was wondering about whether the same problem will be encountered.

Passenger side is fine, just the driver's one.

Take out the drivers seat- and lie it on its side, do the rails line up exactly the same? I assume it hasnt been put in evenly and one rail is reaching its limit before the other one when you try to move the seat forward... if thats a case its a simple fix (pull the release handle and make sure the rails are even) and reset into car.

or, could be a case of busted rail...?

do you have the rails to fit the dc2 seats? i know that eg rails are very hard to find, had to spend a small fortune for mine, but new genuine rails would fix the problem

Fitted my DC2 recaros today, no more problems with sliding the driver seat forward. Took a look at the prelude drivers seat. It is pretty messed up, the recliner doesn't work properly anymore.
