    Drink driving..

Hey fellas, I'm new to the forum here and just thought of just posting my first topic on drink driving offence. Well I've got done for drink driving on my 2nd offence (a few month after i got my license back) in a car that has no interlock, neither P plates. Would anyone here know what sentence i could be facing?

Expect loss of license for a long long time and a large fine. You could potentially go to lock up for this depending on how the judge feels.

Good way to never drive again

Agree, maximum 6months jail real minimum could be 100 hours of community service but definitely expect a interlock. Either expect $$$$$$ loss and also a very long duration till you get your license back.

i dont usually like to tell people how one should live their life, but drink driving is a stupid thing to do. if you dont care about yourself, at least think of others who have to share the road with you.

other than that, best of luck mate.

the legal blood alcohol limit for p platers is 0
if u were over 0 u would be infinity times over the limit
lets hope they dont use that in the court room
    Prosecution:
"Sir weren't u infinity times over the limit, may i remind u, that u are under oath"
    You:
    "yes i was"
    *jury gasps
    Prosecution:
    "i rest my case"

Yeah why would you drink and drive on Ps? You know cops will be pulling over P plates the most especially when you have an offence already, should know better, its P platers who constantly break the law who make other decent P platers lives harder.

Hopefully they take your licence for two years. I don't want to be on the same roads as you.

You can expect an absolute minimum suspension of 12 months. The courts see you as a repeat offender and will offer no leniency.
You need a good lawyer and, hopefully, a magistrate in a good mood. This is somewhat unlikely.
Society, the courts and people on this forum view DUI as totally irresponsible. You will be enjoying being driven in the blue mercedes for some time.
