Have you seen the ebay link?

The short ram ebay link vs GruppeM ram system on ozhonda is totally different system. Hence me asking your thoughts on it.

I am aware that the GruppeM ram air system that was installed by 1 member here will throw CEL.

The user on eBay has posted up two different images, one for the actual auction and one in the description. But he does have the model number correct at least. You don't need to apologise for being incorrectly presumptuous, its ok.
