Is this possible to get out?

Hey everyone,
So I recently had a "friend" and a bunch of his friends leave 4 KFC Potato & Gravy cups upside down on my car, I have no idea how long they were there, but they were incredible hard to scrub off.
After the water had dried from me washing my car, I noticed there were a couple of smudges left in my paint from the cups, one on the back and one in the centre of my bonnet.
At first I thought I may need to just scrub harder, but after 5+ more times washing my car, they did not change or wash away in the slightest.
Is there any way I could possibly get these out, without needing to go to a professional cleaner or having my car resprayed?
And if not, would it be possible at all to sue these stains on society, and have them pay to have my car fixed?
