    Those are camber tops. Any yes you can adjust camber on them to an extent.

    okay so i just undo the allen keys and move across? is that it?,, and i will also need a wheel alinement after?

    It depends on what car it is going in. EDIT I noticed you have a dc5. This will suit your car !

    Just to teach you

    That's a camber kit for a shock that is directly connected to the knuckle or control arm.
    Here is a front suspension type that can use this as a camber kit

    If this top is on a car with double wishbones then the adjustment does nothing but pitches the shock. Not camber

    Note the shock sits separate from the knuckle and control arms. For this design , you need adjustable control arm/s to suit. Examples of cars are 91-2000 civics and integras
