    Question Ek Tie rod end.

    hey guiz , tie rod end on my ek is worn out and pretty much gone. going to replace it/or them- what should i do.
    1. find a 2nd hand one?
    2. look for aftermarket one ?
    anything i should know cheers!

    imo they are too cheap.

    hardrace make some with spherical bushings 225$
    or get some 260 including shipping get you megan racing ones.

    but they do have 12months warranty so it might be worth it.
    but the bushing will fail if you give it an agressive start which is what happened to mine

    any tie rod ends is fine, just make sure its the right one for your EK

    I got ebay ones here, been on the car for 5000 kms 6 months +

    Same shit as your local auto store, they are still nice and tight. Everything is made in China these days. At the end of a day its just a ball joint...
