Tein monoflex manual request

So I have myself some Tein monoflex coilovers but i don't have myself the manual. I've tried finding it online with no luck, the previous links to it are all dead.

Does anyone have a phd copy or article web link to the manual please ?

Yep, thats one thr posts whos links to the manual dont work. Have been trying to find out the numbers for spring pre-load etc. So as to check that ive got it all set just right
