I thought about it, but realized Honda have VERY thick (high viscosity) PS fluids, not sure i want to try that with a filter.

    Update
Got a genuine magnafine from a local shop for $17

It's heavier than the Chinese raybestos, and comes with 2 hose clamps.

Here's a photo of the Chinese raybestos cracked open.

Here's the geuine and Chinese version side by side.

Right, one with magnafine written on it instead of raybestos

Here's a DIY for power steering if anyone is interested: http://rdx.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=828859

Looks complicated but could be worthwhile.

Damn, I got screwed on the Magnafine filter from US eBay as they shipped me a Raybestos.
They advertised it as a Magnafine but I didn't open the package in time to realise what had happened.
I bought it 2 months ago after reading Fredoops original transmission post so I can't do anything about it now. Pr*cks.

Can probably ask them about it, asking why it's advertised as a magnefine

It's obvious after reading the start of this thread that the seller knew exactly what they were doing when they sold the Raybestos as a Magnafine filter and being in the USA makes it too expensive to send it back so I will just throw it in the back of the spare parts cupboard.
I just bought what I hope is a genuine one from Aussie eBay from the same seller as Fredoops mentions above.

Damn I ended up with one of those Raybestos ones from eBay too, was going to get it installed this week! Ordered a legit one for $17 from gvfront ebay store. Rather spend the $17 even if the cheapo one is actually OK.

It's pretty bad people sell it under Magnefine name, it is trademarked after all.
