How to adjust cut-off in projector headlights

QUESTION: Basically changed from base model headlights to luxury headlghts (which you can adjust the cut off) but as the base model I don't have the option to do this electronically inside the car. Atm its too low and I want it higher, is there a way to manually adjust the cut off higher>

Does the lux model headlights have the oem HID and self levelling? If it does then im sure theyre not adjustable...(could be wrong but from other self levelling headlights ive come across were not adjustables)

I've already adjusted them as high as I can with the adjusting things on the headlight with a screw driver
