    [CL9] Routing Wires

    Hey guys
I'm wondering if anyone's done anything to their centre console to make a gap for cables (e.g. GPS/car camera).

Mazda have included routing gaps in the Mazda 3:

I'm thinking of just melting a bit of plastic off the shelf of my CL9, just enough for cables to run into the power outlet in the centre console.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks

Use a dremel, melting will look horrendous, do it properly, make it look nice!

Good idea, I hadn't really thought about that. I think I'll use a hand file.

what i did was drill a hole at the bottom and run cables under the centre console to the front and use a rubber seal for the hole.
    just an idea for you
