Brake light on stock ek wing - READ FOR FULL EXPLANATION

Sort of a noob question, i've been trying to search around for the answer but nowhere seems to have it... i've seen heaps of people with aftermarket wings on their ek but the only thing that's making me think twice is the brake light. Would it be illegal to not have a third brake light if I installed an aftermarket wing?

sweet thanks, wasn't too sure cause I assumed because the tail lights go brighter when you hit the brakes which would mean theres no use for the other light on the wing

This has been covered somewhere else, but essentially you must have a "Centre High-Mount Stop Light". It doesn't have to be on the wing where the factory one was, but it must be mounted along the centre line of the car, and visible from behind, and above the tail lights. So if ya ain't got that then it's illegal.

I have a spoon wing, and to fix the problem of no high centre stop light. I went to a wrecker and took one out of a Subaru (I think) and mounted it to the plastic trim on the top of the inside of the hatch. Looks OEM, and is brighter than the stock (y)
