Dc5 brake help

I have a dc5 base model I am wondering can I just get the rotor and caliper from a dc5r and put it on or do I need the whole assemblity of the dc5r to change them over? Cause in the future dc5r rotors will be easier to find to replace.

I have a dc5R brake setup with Dba slotted rotors (newly replaced) for fronts. and ferodo ds 2500 pads all over (newly replaced). Pm if you are interested. Regarding your question I'm not sure if it will fit, but i can provide everything you will need.
