Starts but takes too many cranks...b18c2

Been happening for a while now

If the car hasn't been started up for a while (e.g over night) and the car is cold, 1-2 cranks with the key it'll turn on...
After it warms up, if i try start it up asap it'll be fine
But after its completely warmed up and settled down 5-30 minutes, it takes 4+ cranks to get the thing started.

What i realised is...it helps when i have the throttle down..

I was looking towards fuel ...but injectors and fuel filter seems to be fine...I dont think their could be any leaks . The fuel pump seems fine because it primes fuel told by my fpr..

    - Starter relay was replaced..
    - I'm starting to look at dizzy ignition coil......

    Cheers

throttle pressed when turnng on car cuts off feeding more fuel, seems like too much fuel in engine when turning on. does your car run rich ?

My car was doing this, was thinking it might be the crankangle sensor/dizzy. But have since pulled the motor apart to find the rings were stuffed. So my problem for starting was low compression.
Hope its all good when I try to start it this weekend.

My rings are slowly going but i'm really hoping its not the problem (burning oil)...I did a compression test and shown its was all close to 170ish...low but shouldn't cause any problems for now.. i'll have to double check now u made me concern..

Sure your battery isn't dying and needs a few more CCA's?

Are you letting the lines prime for sufficient time before cranking?

    Starter motor?

happened to me a few times, but all for different reasons.
once was a weak dying battary
once was a wire toward ECU
    once was a starter motor
once was engine flooded with fuel, too ric h, couldnt ignite.

I would check if your spark plugs are dirty even tho you replaced them not long ago
    Check spark plug leads
    Fuel filter and pump
Check the batter to make sure fluid are at the right level
    Dizzy and starter motor
And check for ecu error codes
    My style
