    d16y8 vs mx5?

Hey guys, next week i will be going up to my uncles farm and he has na mx5 with just some basic mods such as i/h/e basically and just across his farm theres a straight road that goes for a few kms. (Its a private road btw9) But he was considering of racing me down that road. Now i dont own a car atm and the civic im driving is a ej8 and that belongs to my brother. My bros ej8 is fairly sto k except for a injen cai and a 2.25 inch catback exhaust. Anyone thinks this is going to be a fair race?

Does your brother know you are going to use his car to race an mx5?
    Potentially ruining the gearbox/motor?

it sounds like you have a car that was made to handle (the mx-5) and an econo box that was made to get people to work and back poised for an american drag race...basicly no one can be a winner here

edit: for the record i think drag racing is an awsome sport and i have nothing but respect for it.
