Please Help for my scratched GPS DVD, I need a file!

My original Whereis v13 HONDA GPS DVD scratched!!

At the first day when I got my car, I have made a backup copy of my GPS DVD.
and put it in the drawer in the house.

I am using that backup copy for around 5 years until this month.
When I start the car, it keep showing reading error of the DVD.

So I take the original copy and try it in the car.........
However, I got reading error again.
After I asked my wife and have a look the DVD,
the original DVD have been scratched very seriously @@ which
done it by my little 2 years daughter......little monster!!

Now I try to copy all the files out from both of the backup dvd and the original dvd.
All files have been successfully copied to my computer except one file.

Could you help me to copy this file for me?
or Send me a copy of that DVD, then I will send you back the cost of the postage and dvd.
