rev/idle problem on 99' prelude atts vtir

Hi guys, ive got a honda prelude 1999 vti-r atts, my problem is that after a normal/long drive my cars idle starts to rev up and down, (800 - 1500 RPM). Now my powersteering hasnt been bled, so its got that noise, could that be the cause of my idle problem or are they completely different, if so what is it?

I had the same problem with the jumpy revs, took the IACV and FITV out cleaned it with brake cleaner and the problem never came back. BTW remember to torque the bolts/nut to correct torque values. From memory IACV was 22Nm, FITV was 9.8Nm... double check with the manual though...

Also may need to reset ecu
As the ecu has been compensating for the blocked IACV/FITV car may still act weird when above procedure has been done
    Also check your base idle
