5th Gen CAI, can it fit a 4th Gen?

Hi guys, just wondering if it is possible to fit a CAI for a 5th gen into a 4th? Will it still fit? Or is it totally different. Only reason i'm asking is because theres a 2nd hand one for sale but its for the 5th gen, so I want to if it will still fit.

If its coming from a 5th Gen VTi-R (h22a), and its going into a 4th gen VTi-R (h22a) then there will be no problems.

Not always, the engines have different revisions, the 4th gen h22a1, may not fit a h22a4 out of a 5th gen.

I'm pretty sure the dimensions of all the H22 revision engines are the same as far as the intake pipe would be concerned.

AEM has two different part numbers for the two cars, so i would not think they would be the same, you might need to do some modification
