i couldn't find steelies that were fairly cheap, a while ago this guy had an ad selling brand new ones for $40. Trying to look for something like that

Socket set, bricks, balaclava ... Sure you can "locate" a cheap set

Of course I mean the bricks and socket set for when you put them on your car and the balaclava to keep your head warm when you go to the shop to buy them >_>
