    I just took out the whole exhaust system on my DC2R and you have to remove the radiator and fans to get the headers out.

    Which is easy. Don't even need to open the cooling system, just remove radiator and place ontop of engine with a rag under ofcourse.

    You don't have to remove either the radiator or the fans to get the headers out lol. Just takes a bit of manoeuvring
