    Speedo issue

Hey guys i've had my car for a while now and then all of a sudden my speedo stopped working. Everything works but my speedo like the hot and cold, fuel ect. Do you think it is the Speed Sensor or is it just best to replace the cluster?

    Thanks

Test the VSS and find out what is needed.

Went under the hoist and the speedo sensor is near the gearbox. Get a ratchet gun and use it to spin the cable while someone is in your car. While spinning the cable get the person in the cable to look at the speedo to see if the pin is moving at all. If not, unscrew the dashboard and take it off, then disconnect the needle for the speedo. Try spinning the cable again. If it doesn't work pull the pin out. When pull it out, it should be a long springy cable. My cable just snapped off in half. **** i just answered my own question.
