Cool 2000 CRV Sport Idle and Starter Problem

I have a 2000 Honda CRV Sport, brought used, It runs beautifully but has a couple of issues I'm hoping are minor. The first is after driving the vehicle after it's been sitting a couple of days, once you drive it a couple of K's and put it in park the engine pulsates, if you put it in reverse for a couple of minutes and then back in park the pulsating stops. This only happens when you start and drive it when it's been sitting if the engine is warmed up and you turn it off for a couple of hours and then start it again the pulsating doesn't happen.

The second problem is when you crank the engine you get a grinding noise like when the car is running and you try to start it you get a grinding noise.

Third problem is the interior dome light when in the door position the light stays on when the car door is shut and car turned off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

pulsating could be a o2 sensor if its ok after you drive it a while could be fould up with grit or oil give it a clean up worth a try grinding form starter motor again could be dirty or on its way out how many ks if it high most likely on its way out, strip and clean and a good look will tell the story better , interior lights do have a timer delay to turn off even when its locked up and you walk away takes an few minutes some times, test it again ,
utube for videos should have something on how to remove starter motors from crv's they are not bad to work on ,good luck let us know if this helps
